  • A telephone adaptor can be required according to the type of router that you own. The price of our telephone adaptors start from $65+tax.
  • The price of modifying the speed of your Internet or to change from one package to another is of $35+tax.
  • Shipping fees vary from $0 to $15+tax depending on your location, our promotions and the quantity of equipment sent.

Which provider do you use to deliver Internet services?
We are an independant Internet service provider that does business Videotron's coaxial cable network across the Greater Montreal Area.

Do you have technicians that install or do technical support visits?
During the activation of your Internet service, if a self-installation is possible due to already having a working coaxial cable in your home, then no Videotron technician must visit you to activate your service. If you do not have a coaxial cable installated in your home, a Videotron technician will then be necessary to install your coaxial cable and activate your service. This is the only instance where a physical visit may be required at your home.

Do I need to buy any equipment?
Most of our promotions include the free rental of a router and a modem. If you have specific requirements, we have different tiers of equipment that can fulfill your needs.
